Spa Tips

If you are visiting us for the first time the following are a few questions which are frequently asked: -

When should I arrive for my Spa treatment?

If this is your first visit please arrive 15 minutes early so we can check you in and you can familiarise yourself with the day spa.

What do I wear during my treatment?

Most body treatments are undertaken without clothing. However for some treatments we provide disposable underwear. Towels are draped discretely over areas not involved in the treatment to protect your privacy at all times. We will provide you with a robe and foot attire for your treatment.

When do you provide refreshments?

Your retreat includes a morning, lunch or afternoon break we will provide all refreshments. Please let us know if you have any special dietary requirements.

Mixing treatments

Most of our packages can be adapted for your specific needs and enjoyment. Just because this menu specifies a group of treatments doesn’t mean that they can’t be changed. If you would like to “mix and match” please let us know and we will help you design your own package or complete an additional service to a single treatment.

Booking Time

We respect the limited time clients have available. We undertake to hold an appointment time for 15 minutes and finish your treatment on time so as not to delay you or the following client.

Our Booking Policy

As the treatments you select are reserved especially for you, a 24 hour cancellation notice is appreciated so that we can accept other bookings.

A cancellation fee of 50% of the treatment booked will apply if 24 hours notice is not given. A deposit is required for any treatment booked that is greater than one hour

Please note that all of the prices in the menu include GST and are subject to change without notice.

If you have and use :-) a mobile phone then we would like to offer you our new appointment reminder service. We will contact you by SMS the day before your appointment just to jog your memory.

Monday to Friday we are open from 8.00 am to 7.00 pm

Saturday 8.30 am to 2.00 pm

Please note that we are closed on Sundays and public holidays
